Quality Fairy: error reporting

You can send information the abnormal behavior of the system to iData with the help of the Quality Fairy. In this case, the fairy will send environment variables saved when the error occurred, as well as useful log files for diagnosing the error. Please provide a brief description of how to reproduce the error and what you experienced. Sometimes it helps a lot if you call our attention to a special function held to be defective. For example: “I have queried the routes of the vehicle ABC-123 between 01/09/2015 and 09/30/2015. In the report, the index km value is red. It should be green.”
