Download vehicle data from the tachograph

iData enables downloading data from the tachograph installed in the vehicle. To do this, you only need to select the time interval, the vehicles, where you want to save the downloaded files and the file extension. Then press the [Download] button to save the data to your computer.

First day: You can select the start date
Last day: You can select the end date (the date can be simply selected via the calendar displayed)
More: You can select a predefined time interval
Browse: Select the location for the file(s) you want to download
Download: This button starts the download process (the type of file to be downloaded can be selected from the drop down menu)
Search: A text search field to filter the contents of the table. After you typed the search text, press [Enter] or click on the [Zoom] icon to update the contents of the table.
Table: You can select a row, several consecutive rows [press and hold the Shift key] or several rows in different places in the table [press and hold the Ctrl key]. A condition for starting the download is that at least one selection box should be checked at the end of the rows.
Selection functions:

Box with an “x” in the middle: the contents of the selected rows will be downloaded
Empty box: removes the “x” from all selected rows
“Select all” button: selects all elements in the table
“No selection” button: removes the “x” from all elements of the table

Red highlight: According to the legal requirements, vehicle data must be downloaded from the tachograph within a maximum period of 90 days from the last download date. The column “Last downloaded data from the tachograph” turns red 5 days prior to the expiration of the 90 day period.
